There is a lot going on around the pilgrimage route. Not only are there talks and one day pilgrimages arranged by the Pilgrimage Team but you will also find below information regarding multi day pilgrimages in both Wexford and Pembrokeshire.
If you are providing any type of activity of a pilgrimage nature on or near the WPPW, please do get in touch and let us know the arrangements and we are happy to feature your event on these pages.
Friday Pilgrimages
St David’s Cathedral offer a regular Friday pilgrimage from 10-12:30pm from July to October 2026. Join us and discover the tranquility, history and companionship of walking on pilgrimage.

St James Pilgrimage
A special short pilgrimage from Fynnon Dewi/St David’s Holy Well, Porthclais, along the coast. This is the last leg of the 100km Way of St David (South), stopping at St Non’s Holy Well, where there will be a blessing. Continue the celebration with Choral Evensong followed by refreshment in the Cloisters.

Pilgrimage in Pembrokeshire
Journeying – Join a small group Christian pilgrimage based in Pembrokeshire and exploring the coastal areas around Tenby, St Davids and walk on the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Peace Pilgrimage
Join us as we walk in solidarity with all those who long for peace across the world. This short walk around St Davids will take us down to the holy site of St Non’s Well, ruined chapel and Retreat Chapel and then to the Cathedral for Pilgrim Prayers.

Celtic Ways Ireland – Phil and Elaine Brennan of Celtic Ways Ireland offer private group trips on the Way of St David for groups of 8 or more. Please get in touch directly with them for more information.

Pilgrimage: St Aidan’s Way Highlights
Journeying – Follow in the sixth century footsteps of St Aidan as he travelled through Co. Wexford, from Ferns to Our Lady’s Island on his way to meet St David of Wales. Rather than walk the whole 95km pilgrimage route, you walk the highlights, to allow more time to explore the places of special interest along and walk the parts that are most scenic, quiet and enjoyable. This journey is likely to be next offered in 2027.
